Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on the GeoPixo platform.
2. GPX Credit Purchases
Purchases of GPX credits are generally non-refundable once the credits have been allocated to your wallet. Refund requests for unused credits may be considered within 14 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis, subject to verification that no credits have been spent or converted.
3. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
4. Pixo Unit Purchases
Pixo Unit acquisitions through the asset grid are non-refundable, as they represent ownership of a fractional interest in a real-world asset. Once a cell is purchased and recorded on the platform ledger, the transaction is final.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be issued in cases of:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges verified by our payment processor
- Technical errors resulting in incorrect transaction amounts
- Unauthorized transactions verified by our fraud prevention team
- Service unavailability exceeding our published SLA commitments
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@geopixo.com with your transaction details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Conversion and Exit Fees
Conversion fees (including the 0.90x multiplier on Liquid-to-cash and Solid-to-Liquid exits) are non-refundable as they reflect actual platform operating costs and asset pool management. These fees are clearly disclosed before each conversion transaction.
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting GeoPixo support may result in account suspension pending investigation. We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes.
9. Changes to This Policy
GeoPixo reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on the Platform with a new version number.
