GeoPixo Whitepaper
A Real-Asset-Backed Digital Value Infrastructure
Turning Passive Assets into Active Value
1.Introduction
GeoPixo is designed as a real-asset-backed digital value infrastructure. The platform creates a bridge between physical land assets and a structured digital ecosystem, enabling users to interact with verified parcels through a coordinate-based model.
Unlike traditional real estate platforms, GeoPixo does not rely on speculative mechanisms. Every unit of value on the platform is rooted in a documented, verified, and geographically mapped real-world asset.
2.Vision
GeoPixo aims to build a global coordinate-based asset interaction model — a new paradigm where geography meets digital infrastructure.
The vision is to transform passive, fragmented real-world assets into active sources of digital value, accessible to a broad user base through transparent platform mechanics and verifiable asset backing.
3.The Problem
Real-world assets — particularly land — remain largely passive. Ownership is fragmented, illiquid, and inaccessible to the majority of participants. Traditional models require significant capital, legal overhead, and intermediary involvement.
The gap between physical asset value and digital accessibility creates inefficiency. Valuable land sits idle, participation is gated by geography and capital, and there is no standardized way to interact with fractionalized real property in a transparent, verifiable manner.
4.The GeoPixo Solution
GeoPixo introduces a digital coordinate infrastructure that maps verified land parcels into structured digital grids. Each parcel is broken down into precisely defined coordinate units (Pixo Units), enabling granular interaction with real-world assets.
The platform provides a complete lifecycle — from asset verification and digital mapping to value assignment, ecosystem participation, and secondary market liquidity. All interactions are backed by documented, legally confirmed real-world assets.
5.Core Concept
The GeoPixo model rests on three foundational principles:
1. Real Assets as Foundation — Every digital unit is backed by a verified, documented land asset. No synthetic or derivative value creation.
2. Coordinates as Accessibility — Geographic precision (PostGIS coordinate grids) enables users to interact with specific land positions, not abstract shares.
3. Ecosystem as Activation — A suite of platform modules (GeoPool, GeoCredit, Secondary Market) transform static ownership into dynamic participation.
6.GPX Value Layer
GPX is the platform's value unit. It functions as a credit system with a fixed reference price of 1 GPX = 1 USD.
Liquid GPX — General-purpose credits that can be used across the platform. Freely transferable, convertible to fiat at the platform conversion rate (currently 0.90x).
Solid GPX — Accumulated value of owned Pixo Units. Solid GPX represents the user's locked asset value and cannot be directly spent. It can be converted back to Liquid GPX at a 5% fee, or used as collateral for GeoCredit.
7.Pixo Structure
A Pixo is the smallest digital unit of a real-world asset on the GeoPixo platform. Each Pixo represents a specific coordinate position within a verified land parcel.
The size and price of a Pixo may vary depending on the characteristics of the asset: 1 Pixo = 1 m², 1 Pixo = 5 m², or 1 Pixo = 10 m². This flexibility allows the platform to accommodate assets of varying scale and value density.
When a user acquires a Pixo, they receive a precise geographic position backed by real asset documentation. The acquisition is recorded as an immutable ledger entry on the platform.
8.Explore Map
The Explore Map is the central interface of the GeoPixo platform. It provides an interactive, real-time visualization of all verified assets, their coordinate grids, and availability status.
Users can browse assets geographically, zoom into specific parcels, view cell-level availability, and initiate acquisitions directly from the map interface. The map is powered by Mapbox GL JS with PostGIS-backed geometry data.
9.Ecosystem Components
The GeoPixo ecosystem consists of several interconnected modules that activate the value of owned assets:
GeoPool — An automatic revenue distribution mechanism. Users with Solid GPX participate proportionally in platform-generated revenue. There is no manual participation — share is calculated based on the user's proportion of total Solid GPX in the system.
GeoCredit — A collateral-based credit line. Users can access up to 25% of their locked Solid GPX value as platform credit, enabling additional acquisitions without liquidating existing positions.
Secondary Market — Enables users to list and trade Pixo Units with other participants, providing liquidity and price discovery for owned positions.
Gamification — Encourages engagement through missions and incentives, rewarding active platform participation and ecosystem contribution.
10.Asset Consolidation
Asset consolidation allows a user to acquire all remaining Pixo Units in a partially sold asset, achieving full ownership of the underlying land parcel.
The requesting user must offer at least a 20% premium above the current Pixo price for remaining Pixos held by other participants. This premium ensures fair compensation for existing holders and prevents hostile consolidation attempts.
Once all positions are consolidated, the user can initiate the title transfer process.
11.Title Transfer
Upon full consolidation, users can request legal title transfer of the underlying real-world asset. Two transfer methods are supported:
Direct Title Transfer — The land title is transferred directly to the user's legal name or designated entity.
LLC Transfer — The asset is transferred through an asset holding entity such as an LLC, providing additional legal structuring options.
All legal and administrative costs associated with the title transfer process are borne by the requesting user. GeoPixo facilitates the process but does not cover third-party fees.
12.Asset Verification
Every asset on the GeoPixo platform undergoes a rigorous verification process before listing:
Coordinate Validation — Geographic boundaries are verified using PostGIS-compatible coordinate data and cross-referenced with official records.
Documentation Review — Title deeds, ownership records, and legal documentation are reviewed for authenticity and completeness.
Legal Confirmation — A legal review confirms the asset's eligibility for digital mapping and fractional interaction on the platform.
Only assets that pass all three stages are listed on the platform. Verification status is visible to all users on the asset detail page.
13.Security
GeoPixo employs modern security practices to protect user data, assets, and transactions:
All sensitive data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Financial transactions use idempotency keys to prevent duplicate processing. Ledger entries are immutable and append-only, providing a complete audit trail.
The platform implements role-based access control (RBAC) with multi-factor authentication (2FA) required for administrative and financial operations.
14.Growth Strategy
GeoPixo initially focuses on land assets within the United States. The platform's infrastructure is designed to accommodate geographic expansion and additional asset categories over time.
Future expansion may include residential real estate, commercial property, and other asset classes — each subject to the same verification and documentation standards that govern current land assets.
15.Long-Term Vision
The long-term vision of GeoPixo is to build a global infrastructure for coordinate-based asset interaction — transforming passive real-world value into active digital ecosystems.
By maintaining strict asset backing, transparent mechanics, and a structured digital framework, GeoPixo aims to establish a new standard for how physical assets are represented, accessed, and activated in the digital world.
