Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GeoPixo platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GeoPixo provides a real-asset-backed digital value infrastructure that enables users to acquire, hold, and manage GPX credits and Pixo Units representing fractional interests in verified real-world assets.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify GeoPixo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. GPX Credits and Pixo Units

GPX credits are platform credits used within the GeoPixo ecosystem. They are not securities, tokens, or cryptocurrencies. Pixo Units represent the smallest digital unit of a real-world asset within the platform. All transactions involving GPX and Pixo Units are subject to the platform rules and fee schedules published on the Platform.

6. Fees and Payments

All purchases are processed in USD via our payment processor. Applicable fees, including conversion fees and exit fees, are disclosed at the time of each transaction. GeoPixo reserves the right to modify fee schedules with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform; (d) engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities; or (e) use automated systems to access the Platform without prior written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of GeoPixo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeoPixo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeoPixo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

GeoPixo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

GeoPixo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a new version number. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
